BLESS
Syntax: commune 'bless' <character>
Syntax: commune 'bless arms' <object>
A cleric may call upon the favor of their God to bless themselves or a friend
or ally. Different Gods grant different blessings to those of their faith. A
cleric may also place a blessing on a weapon or shield to improve it for
combat. Unlike blessing an individual, blessings on items will never expire,
but the benefits from such blessings also differ by religion.
