When the monk enters the Aelisian stance, they immediately gain back a
portion of mana dependent on their current mana, with lower amounts resulting
in higher gains. Due to the intense meditation of the stance, they will then
gain a significant increase to their spirit, gaining protections against all
spells as well as improved managain. They will also be able to balance
against attacks which would lag them. A kick in the Aelisian stance has a
chance to calm the enemy, which lowers their aggression and damage output.
