Welcome to the Aelisus wiki!

Welcome to Aelisus, a high-fantasy realm that was born of conflict, forged in the void. Like leaves clinging together on the surface of a pond, an endless array of fragmented realms collided. Drawn together by chance or by some mysterious force, some would say the universe itself. As their combined power began to grow, what was once dim embers became flames once more. From this growing source of energy, Nigmuth emerged. Unlike other beings that feed upon existence, drawing sustenance from the very realms they occupy. Nigmuth simply was, beginning to exist as Aelisus came to exist. Thus, it came to be that Nigmuth is Aelisus, and
Aelisus is Nigmuth. Old gods built something from nothing, and thrived as they build, but something deeper stirred. As the forces of Order and Chaos collided, so were Sidr and Devortrix drawn from nothing. Neither could overcome the other and their eternal struggle became cataclysmic. Ages have come and gone since. The main cities of Atheln and Caelwyn thrive but maintain conflict through different governing practices.

Recently, the convict harbor - Isle of Exile has sunken into the sea... but energy must go somewhere, and a dark thread lurks beyond the scope of the Forest of the Ancients. What will arrive in its stead, continuing the cycle or preserved energy?

With 25 races and 18 unique classes, your character's destiny is yours to shape. But remember, in this RP Enforced world, staying in character is key. Forge alliances or rivalries, as player-killing is allowed, though optional.

Join a guild, ascend its ranks, and choose your path: will you join the Sacari, masters of self-reliance? Dive into the mystic and study the Occult? Or align with the Empire, seeking control through law?

Create a living character, interact with other players on the discord, and tell your story!

If you know exactly what you are looking for, there is a search bar in the top right of the page. Otherwise, there is a navigation bar on the left, where topics are split into sections for browsing. Each page will contain links to relevant information from other pages. If you find a page that is empty or missing any information, or just does not exist, please check our [[Discord]] let the staff know. The dispel evil spell calls upon the wrath of the gods of light upon the
victim, inflicting great damage. Only those who walks in the path of
darkness are affected by this spell. Healers and paladins are the only ones
who have this spell. The dispel good spell calls upon the gods of darkness to
inflict a horrific torment on the victim. Only those who walks in the path
of light are affected by this torment. Dark-knights have this spell learned
as part of their training. The dispel extreme spell calls upon the gods of
neutrality to inflict damage on those with extreme views, that land on either
the good or evil side of alignment. Only neutral clerics can learn to dispel
extreme. Dispel magic is an offensive spell that removes the spells affecting
your opponent. It does not discriminate which types of spells to remove,
thus it may remove both benign or harmful spells affecting him. Not all
spells may be dispelled. Spells affecting the creatures in the realm may not
be dispelled because those spells are held by those creatures by nature, they
are not casted onto the creatures by men.

original murdered is within the lands, and not protected from the Paladin,
the holy warrior will leave his comrades and journey forth with intent of
slaying the murderer and bringing justice to the victim. While avenging a
and the room, even if they might not be able to see them. Furthermore when
filled with the holy fervor of retribution the Paladin will strike more
powerful blows against the one he is pursuing even if his morale will suffer
if he fights targets other then the intended murderer. However, when the
mission of revenge is final carried through, any benefits received towards
experience are greatly increased.

Disarming your opponents weapon is a powerful strategy. Though not the most
reliable skill, it may turn the tide of a battle. Your chances to disarm your
opponent are based on your weapon type, your opponent's weapon type, your
knowledge of those weapons, the weight of your weapon, and weight of your
opponent's weapon.

FIRST

Syntax: AUTOMATIC

Being masters of unarmed combat, monks have the ability to parry with their
bare hands, as long as they are not wielding a weapon. Each free hand gets a
shot of parrying, as long as you are skilled enough. Monks can't parry while
holding anything in their hands other than their prayer beads.

HORSE STANCE

syntax: horse

When moving as the horse, the monk will immediately buck, striking everyone
in their enemies group for one round. After that, they gain armor due to the
horse's defensive posture and can reverse attacks. Additionally, they gain
access to balance and can resist enemy attempts to lag them. A kick from a
horse stance monk can be so devastating that it knocks the victim out cold.

AELISIAN STANCE

syntax: aelisian

When the monk enters the Aelisian stance, they immediately gain back a
portion of mana dependent on their current mana, with lower amounts resulting
in higher gains. Due to the intense meditation of the stance, they will then
gain a significant increase to their spirit, gaining protections against all
spells as well as improved managain. They will also be able to balance
against attacks which would lag them. A kick in the Aelisian stance has a
chance to calm the enemy, which lowers their aggression and damage output.

DRUNKEN STANCE

Syntax: drunken

When the monk moves like a drunkard, they immediately collide with their
opponent causing a bash like attempt which can lag for a short time. After
that, they immediately gain an alcoholic damage reduction and improved dodge
due to their wildly staggering nature. This can also deal damage as they
flail wildly about. Kicking while in drunken stance will also attempt to trip
their opponent, causing lag in the process.
